Edie & the Cougars
Raised in Beaumont, Edie Touchet Cherubino, was encouraged by her family to follow her love of music. Starting with Eloise Milam in Melody Maids, then working under the direction of Annie Laurie Richardson in middle school. At Lamar, Edie worked for several years learning from Dr. Randy Babin and was a Lamar University Cardinal Singer. Edie worked with many local bands in addition to singing for several years with the Jimmie Simmons Orchestra. Now, in the Denver area, Edie is so happy to be coming home to play for friends and family with Dick LeMasters and The Get Right Ramblers to celebrate the B-CP Cougars class of 1980!!!!
Dick LeMasters is a songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist in several Beaumont-area bands, including Get Right Ramblers, Longneck Road, and Bad Faith. LeMasters also plays bass in the 80’s dance music band PopGun.
Edie and Dick will be joined by members of the Get Right Ramblers for this one-of-a-kind event. Visit the Logon Cafe on Saturday, August 28, from 5-7 p.m. No cover charge!

Beau Rivers Texas Rock LIVE, LOUD, ORIGINAL
Hailing from Southeast Texas, Beau Rivers is a Texas Rock band with blues and country influences.
Their debut EP, “Blood Red Moon” is available now on all streaming platforms.
Barbara Hickey
Barbara Hickey started playing guitar when she was 19 years old but her passion for music started long before then. Her fondest childhood memories are of her sitting on her grandparents living room floor, listening to her grandfather play guitar and sing. Later in life her cousin would introduce her to rock bands such as Rush, Boston, Van Halen, Pink Floyd and many more. These influences can be heard on her first album “What I Am” which was recorded at 4eyes Studios in Beaumont, Texas (2015). Barbara is currently working on her second album “Peace of Mind” which should be released early fall 2021. She is bringing in some of the top musicians Southeast Texas has to offer to record this album. The lyrical content on this album reflects Barbara’s rededication to the Christian faith several years ago. She sticks to her rock roots, but a touch of country can be heard in some of the songs. If you see Barbara on stage you know that she is in her element and having a great time.
